  • Salad mix (lettuce, Iceberg – whatever your favourite)
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Feta Cheese
  • VeggyCrush Veggy Balls
  • Olive oil

Method

1Cook Veggy Crush Veggy Balls on a pan, grill or in oven for 2-4 min until turning golden-brown
2Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add some olive oil or any other favourite dressing and your healthy lunch or dinner is ready!
